Are the cards genuine?
Yes, every card is original. One Piece boosters and starter decks are sealed Bandai product and Pokémon boosters are sealed Pokémon product, all from official distributors. The outer packaging of a Double booster box is ours, but the boosters inside are unopened and in Bandai packaging. The 13-card mystery is a booster we pack ourselves with original cards.
Do you sell Pokémon cards?
Yes, the machines at T1, Nautica, Rocca al Mare and Linnamäe Maxima stock original, sealed Pokémon boosters (English ver.) bought from official distributors. The current list of sets is always on this page. Pokémon boosters are not part of the Double booster box or the 13-card mystery — the mystery products are One Piece only. The other machines are One Piece only for now.
How can I pay?
The machines take cash — both notes and coins — and card payments, including contactless with your phone or watch.
The machine took my money and no pack came out. What now?
Email info@hitvault.ee with the machine location, the time and the amount. We can see the transaction and we will refund it.
What's the difference between the Double booster box and the 13-card mystery?
They are two separate products. The Double booster box contains two sealed Bandai boosters; in one box in six, one of them is a premium booster in place of a standard one. The machines dispense in random order, so this is a one-in-six ratio, not a guaranteed every-sixth box. The 13-card mystery is a booster we pack ourselves with 13 original cards: 7 common, 3 uncommon, 2 rare and 1 SR or better.
What counts as a premium booster?
Right now a premium booster means a pack from OP-08, OP-10, OP-13, EB-03, OP-15, or OP-17, whose market value is higher than OP-14 and OP-16. This list can change as the market changes, and the current list is always on this page.
Can I return an opened pack?
An opened pack cannot be returned — the contents of a card pack are random and opening the wrapper is final. If a machine failed to dispense, or a product is faulty, we will always sort it out.
